Take the M3, then A303/A30/A38

OR

M4 then M5 then A38.  The latter route is longer and less scenic. On a traffic-less run the A303 is usually faster, approx 3.5 hrs from the M3 junction1.

After Honiton (A303) and then Exeter take the M5 and follow signs to Plymouth A38. Turn off the A38 at the A3121 turning (don’t go to Ivybridge) follow signs for  Ermington, staying on the A3121 until the junction with the A379.  Then turn right onto the A379 (direction Yealmpton and Plymouth).

After about a mile turn left towards Holbeton, & Mothecombe. Go through Battisborough Cross, follow signs to Stoke Beach past a few farms.  Eventually you will reach a crossroads with a very sharp left turn (Stoke Rd).  Turn right and follow the road to Noss Mayo, very shortly you will see Rowden Court on your left.
